Tear open plastic packet, remove the protective film from the patch and apply to waist, buttock or lower abdomen onto the dry skin. Place the adhesive side onto the skin. For delicate or ageing skin, apply the adhesive side to clothing. To remove, slowly peel off the patch. Single-use only. After use, dispose in normal household waste.
 
WARNING 
Do not apply to the face or on broken skin, bruises or swellings. Do not cut, massage, fold or wet the patch. Do not use if the patch is damaged or torn. Do not attempt to reheat in the oven or microwave. Do not use on the same area for more than 10 hours in any 24-hour period. Do not use whilst asleep or with prolonged pressure against the patch. Do not use on infants, children, or persons unable to remove the patch independently. Do not use with other skin medications or other heat sources.
